Customers and service providers have two days to dispute a completed service through House Fly. Once disputed, the customer payment will be held while House Fly admin reviews the case.

How do I get paid?
Customer payments are held by House Fly and the money is sent to your wallet after the job is finished. View money earned in your wallet and withdraw available funds to your bank account at any time.
How do I get new clients?
After your profile information, prices, and hours of availability are entered, customers can find you and instantly book your services. Once a service is booked, you will get an app notification and email with the service details.
How do I keep my existing clients?
Once your services are available to customers, anyone can create an account and book your services. Just ask your current customers to book your services through House Fly.
Do I get to pick and choose who I work with?
Any customer is able to book your services, however if you do not want to work with a customer, you can cancel a service anytime and then block their account. Once a customer account is blocked, they will not be able to book your services again.
How do I get rid of clients I don’t want anymore?
After a customer books a service with you, you can block their account from booking any additional services with you. Select the small blue ghost in the top right of the job description to block the customer. There is no way to block a client that has not booked a service with you.
How do I know if customers can find me?
If your “Service Status” on the home screen says “Available” then customers can find and book at least one of your services. We recommend you create a customer account as well and search for yourself to see what your account looks like from the Customer point of view
