How do service provider fees work?

Our service fee is taken out of the customer payment. When you see your upcoming service, the price you see is the payment you will receive.

What is your dispute resolution policy?

Customers and service providers have 2 days to dispute a completed or canceled service with partial payment through House Fly. Once disputed, the customer payment will be held while House Fly admin reviews the case.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe’s secure payment processor.
