Our service fee is built into the pricing, so there are no price increases at checkout. What you see is what you pay, not a cent more.
Our service fee is taken out of the customer payment. When you see your upcoming service, the price you see is the payment you will receive.
Customers and service providers have 2 days to dispute a completed or canceled service with partial payment through House Fly. Once disputed, the customer payment will be held while the House Fly admin reviews the case.
