What a four person crew pays each month
Owner plus three in the field, billed monthly:
- House Fly Pro Silver: $19 (the owner plus 3 team members are included)
- Housecall Pro Essentials: $189, because Basic includes one user and does not publish an extra user price, so a four person crew is sold the five user Essentials plan. Billed annually and paid up front it is $149 a month.
That is $1,560 to $2,040 a year of difference for a crew that mostly needs quotes, a calendar, reminders and card payments.

- Refer a pro, earn two months. When a pro you refer pays their second bill, you earn two months of their plan in points, with bigger bonuses at your second, fifth and tenth referral.
- Customer referrals on Gold: give $20, get $20.
Where Housecall Pro is the better fit
Honest list. Housecall Pro Max has route optimization, an open API, recurring service plan tooling for large accounts and a sales proposal builder. Its review management and price book are mature. If you run eight or more technicians with a dispatcher in the office and you want a call answering service bundled in as an add on, Max is built for that. House Fly Pro is built for the owner operator and the crew under twenty who want quotes, schedule, payments and reminders on one flat price, in English or Spanish.
Switching from Housecall Pro in an afternoon
- Export your customers from Housecall Pro as a CSV and import them, or add them from your phone as you go.
- Rebuild open estimates with the quote builder. Templates and add ons make repeat work a two tap job.
- Set recurring customers on the calendar once. Reminders and on my way texts go out on their own.
- Turn on card and Apple Pay payments. Payouts go to your bank with no payout fee.
- Housecall Pro has no long term contract on monthly billing, so your plan ends at the close of the current period. If you prepaid a year, keep both until it runs out.

Does House Fly send me jobs or leads?
No. House Fly Pro is software for the customers you already have. Quotes, bookings, reminders, invoices and payments run through your own account. Nobody is matched to you and nothing is sold as a lead.
Can I bring my customer list over from Housecall Pro?
Yes. Export customers from Housecall Pro as a CSV and import them, or add them from your phone. Recurring service plans and open estimates are rebuilt in House Fly Pro in an afternoon for most crews under ten.
