Straight answers

Am I charged when I sign up?
Yes. Your card is charged for your first month when you create your account, $19 on Silver or $49 on Gold, and your free 14 days run on top of that. Cancel any time inside those 14 days and the payment is refunded in full, no questions asked.
What happens after my free 14 days?
Your paid month begins. The payment we collected at signup covers it, so nothing new is charged on day 15. From there your plan renews monthly, and your exact renewal date shows on your Billing page from day one.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes, from the website or the app, no phone call needed. Cancel inside your first 14 days and your signup payment is refunded in full. After that, your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, then simply stops. We never bill you again after you cancel.
How do my customers book and pay?
You send an estimate or a payment link by text or email. Your customer books and pays on House Fly with a card, Apple Pay, or PayPal, and the job lands on your calendar automatically. You choose the terms: full payment up front, half up front and half on completion, or the full amount when the job is done.
Is there anything else I pay?
Just the standard payment processing on completed jobs, the same card processing every platform charges. There are no lead fees and no per-quote fees. Payouts to your bank are always free, and every tip is 100% yours.
Can I add my team?
Yes. Your first 3 team members are included free, and each additional member is $4.99 a month. They get their own login to work assigned jobs, update schedules, and chat with customers, while every payment and tip still goes to you, the owner.
What if I already use Jobber or Housecall Pro?
Bring your customer list and set up your services in an afternoon. At $19 you can run House Fly Pro alongside your current platform during your free trial and decide for yourself.
