How do I change or cancel a booking?
Log in to your account and open your booking. You can cancel up to 2 hours before your service starts, or until your pro is on the way. A cancellation fee may apply within 24 hours of the start time. To change a booking, call, text or email us
When am I charged?
You pay when you book, and your booking is confirmed once your payment goes through. If you cancel, your refund goes back to your payment method within 5 to 10 business days
